GUIDELINES FOR ORAL AND POSTER SESSIONS
INSTRUCTIONS FOR PRESENTING AUTHORS
Oral presentations
The presentation language can be Italian or, for foreign speakers, English. However, it is suggested to prepare the slides in English to allow them to be read by foreign participants.
The format required for the slides is wide-screen (16:9).
The accepted formats are .ppt or .pdf.

The duration of each intervention will be 11 minutes overall, of which 8 for presentation and 3 dedicated to any questions.
The oral presentations will be held at the times that the Scientific Committee will indicate in the final programme.

All authors who will present their work are warmly invited to scrupulously check the duration of their presentations. Timing is essential for the success of presentations and for an effective and stimulating discussion. To this end, session moderators are mandated to strictly enforce timelines.

The times in which presentations can be uploaded to the dedicated station are as follows: from 8:00 to 8:45, from 12:00 to 13:00 and during coffee breaks.
All those who have to make the oral presentation during the first session in the morning (starting at 9:45), will have to upload the slides by the previous evening.
